One thing I've noticed while trying to "simplify my life" is how much junk e-mail I receive. It's always tempting these coupons, sales and new products. Just makes me realize how much money I don't have to spend on whatever I want. It's depressing.
So! I found that lovely little link at the bottom of the email that says "UNSUBSCRIBE." It's become a friend and makes me feel really good inside. You can be assured that it will really tick off Victoria's Secret, Old Navy, Target and all those places that make you think "what the heck is this!?" You should try it. It's quite liberating.
